They Started Again

My dreams have started again that is not good ....not good at all so anyhow i'm new to this blooging site so here it goes . for those who don't know I was Dx buy the Navy to have PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ...there are many symptoms but the most scary are the nightmares ..I can't explain the fright, the pulse pounding ways on how a dream can feel so real ... but it did and I woke up screaming ...not good at all i wonder how long it will take me to see a doctor
